Terms of Service

These Terms of Service set out the conditions for the use of Lolimo (the “Service”) between all persons who use the Service (“Users”) and the operator of the Service (the “Operator”). By using the Service, Users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

The Service is a catalog service for searching League of Legends matches and watching replays on the desktop app and on smartphones. The replay data itself is provided by Riot Games, Inc.; the Service assists in retrieving and playing it.

The Service is not an official service of Riot Games, Inc. and has not been approved or sponsored by Riot Games, Inc. League of Legends and Riot Games are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc.

Some features of the Service require signing in with a Riot account. Users are responsible for managing their own accounts and must not allow third parties to use them.

The following applies to the paid plans (Lite / Pro).

• Fees and billing cycles follow the amounts and conditions displayed on the purchase screen.
• Payments are processed through the payment system of Stripe, Inc.
• The paid plan renews automatically on a monthly basis. Unless you cancel, the fee for the next period is charged on each renewal date.
• You may cancel at any time from your account page. After cancellation, paid features remain available until the last day of the period already paid for. No prorated settlement or refund is made for cancellation partway through a period.
• If payment cannot be confirmed, the Operator may suspend or restrict access to paid features. Access is restored once payment is confirmed.
• The Operator may revise fees with prior notice. Revisions apply from the next renewal onward.

Fees already paid are not refunded for any reason whatsoever. No refunds are made even if defects, failures, or interruptions occur in the Service. Please subscribe with this understanding in advance.

The Service does not provide customer support. Individual inquiries regarding operation, defects, billing, and the like are not handled. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” basis.

• Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
• Acts that place an excessive load on the Service’s servers or network (including automated mass access)
• Decompiling, reverse engineering, or otherwise analyzing the Service
• Sharing, transferring, or lending accounts
• Acts that violate the terms of service of Riot Games, Inc.
• Any other acts the Operator deems inappropriate

In the event of a violation, the Operator may suspend or delete the account or take other measures without prior notice.

• The Operator does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or availability of the Service. Specifications may be changed, and the Service may be temporarily suspended or discontinued without notice.
• All or part of the Service may become unavailable due to specification changes or other circumstances on the part of Riot Games, Inc. The Operator bears no liability in such cases either.
• If a User incurs damage in connection with the use of the Service, except in cases of the Operator’s willful misconduct or gross negligence, the Operator’s liability for compensation is capped at the amount the User paid to the Service during the most recent one-month period.

The Operator may amend these Terms when it deems necessary. The amended Terms take effect when posted on this page, and use of the Service after posting constitutes agreement to them.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. In the event of a dispute concerning the Service, the court having jurisdiction over the Operator’s location shall be the exclusive agreed court of first instance.
