1. Information We Collect
- Riot account information — When you sign in via Riot Sign On (RSO), we collect your account identifier (PUUID), game name, and tagline. We do not collect email addresses or passwords.
- Session information — We use signed cookies to keep you signed in.
- Usage records — To enforce the free plan’s viewing limit, we store records of replay views (the match viewed and the date/time).
- Payment information — Payments for the paid plan are processed by Stripe, Inc. Credit card numbers and similar data are never stored on the Service’s servers.
- Technical logs — For incident response and abuse prevention, we may collect logs such as IP addresses and access timestamps.
2. Purposes of Use
- Providing the Service (sign-in, viewing features, plan management)
- Managing free-tier and paid-plan usage and processing billing
- Preventing abuse, and investigating and responding to failures
- Statistical analysis to improve the Service (in a form that does not identify individuals)
3. Provision to Third Parties / Outsourcing
We do not sell or provide collected information to third parties without your consent. However, we outsource processing to the following providers to the extent necessary to provide the Service.
- Stripe, Inc. (payment processing)
- Vercel Inc. / Neon Inc. / Fly.io / Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting and network infrastructure)
We may comply with disclosure requests made pursuant to laws and regulations.
4. Cookies
The Service uses only the cookies necessary to keep you signed in. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.
5. Retention and Deletion
Collected information is retained for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of use. Match data from past patches is deleted progressively as patches are updated. If you wish to have information tied to your account deleted, requests are accepted through the contact method separately specified by the Operator.
6. Amendments
This Policy may be amended in response to changes in laws or in the Service. The amended content takes effect when posted on this page.
